Lead Hand - Skilled Labour

​Lincoln Pools is looking to hire full-time and experienced staff to join our team for 2023! If you have any past employment in the landscaping or swimming pool field, we'd love to receive your application.

Job Role:
- Work along side our project managers to oversee the start to finish progress of pool installations and all types of landscape jobs. 
- Lead teams to open and close swimming pools. 
- Potential for year round work with our home-renovation  and snow removal crews.

Compensation:
- Our hourly rates are determined based upon your prior experience. As a company, we pride ourselves on being extremely fair, as well as offering our employees the opportunities to excel within the company.
