Loyalty Rewards Program

Program Overview: Our Pool Loyalty Rewards Program is designed to give you more value for every dollar spent. Whether you're maintaining your pool, upgrading equipment, or making retail purchases, you earn points that can be redeemed for a variety of pool-related services and products.

How It Works:
  1. Earn Points:
    • 1% Cash Back on All Pre-Tax Purchases: For every dollar spent on eligible purchases (services, products, etc.), you will earn 1 loyalty point.
    • Example: Spend $100 (before tax) on a pool service or product, and you’ll earn 1 rewards point equal to $1.

  1. Redeeming Points:
    • How to Use Points: Points can be redeemed for any of the eligible services and products listed above.
    • 1 Point = 1 Dollar: Each reward point is worth $1 and can be applied as a discount toward your purchase. For example, 50 points = $50 off your next service or product.
    • Redemption Limit: There is a maximum redemption limit per transaction (up to 50% off the service/product cost). 
  2. Point Expiration:
    • Point Validity: Points will expire 3 years from the date they are earned. Be sure to redeem your points before they expire to get the most value from them.
    • Tracking Points: Customers will receive updates on their points balance at the end of every year
    • via email or online portal to keep track of their rewards.
  3. Bonus Opportunities:
    • Special Promotions: From time to time, you may earn double points on specific services, equipment purchases, or during promotional periods.


Example Rewards Breakdown:
  • Spend $200 on pool maintenance services: Earn 2 reward points (equals $2 toward your next purchase).
  • Buy a pool cover for $500: Earn 5 reward points (equals $5 off a future purchase).
  • Purchase $1,000 worth of equipment and parts: Earn 10 reward points (equals $10 off services/products).


Program Terms & Conditions:
  • Eligibility: All customers are automatically enrolled upon their first purchase.
  • Point Expiration: Points expire 3 years after the date of earning.  For example, points earned in 2025 will be valid thru 2028.  On January 1, 2029, points earned in 2025 will expire.
  • Redemption Restrictions: Points may not be redeemed on online purchases.
  • No Cash Value: Points have no cash value except as credits toward qualifying purchases.
  • Non-Transferable: Points cannot be transferred to another customer or redeemed for cash.


How to Track & Redeem:
  • Yearly Update: Customers will receive updates on their points balance at the end of every year.
  • In-store: You can also inquire about your points balance when making a purchase in-store.

When you refer a customer to us, you’ll earn rewards based on the products and services they purchase. Here are the details of our program with examples to help illustrate how it works:
 
1. Pool Opening & Pool Closing:
  • 5% Cashback on Pool Opening and Closing Referrals
    Referring a customer for pool opening or pool closing services? Earn 5% cashback on the cost of these services for each successful referral.
Example:
If your referral books a pool opening service for $450, you’ll earn 5% of $450, which equals $22.50 cashback.
If they book a pool closing for $350, you’ll earn 5% of $350, which equals $17.50 cashback.
 
2. New Pool Installations and/or Landscape Design Referrals:
  • 1% Cashback on New Pool Installations and/or Landscape Design
    Refer a customer who signs a contract for a new pool installation and/or landscape design (minimum $10,000 contract value), and you’ll earn 1% cashback on the contract amount.
Example:
If your referral signs a contract for a new pool installation and landscape design worth $25,000, you’ll earn 1% of $25,000, which equals $250 cashback.
 
 
3. Liners & Covers:
  • 2% Cashback on Liners & Covers Sales
    For every referred customer who purchases a liner or cover, you’ll receive 2% cashback on the total sale amount.
Example:
If your referral buys a pool liner for $4,000, you’ll earn 2% of $4,000, which equals $80 cashback.
If they purchase a pool cover for $1,200, you’ll earn 2% of $1,200, which equals $24 cashback.
 
4. Equipment & Service Referrals:
  • 1% Cashback on Equipment & Service Sales
    If your referral purchases pool equipment or schedules a service, you’ll receive 1% cashback on the total value of the sale.
Example:
If your referral buys pool equipment worth $3,000 (such as a new filter system or pump), you’ll earn 1% of $3,000, which equals $30 in cashback.
If they schedule a service for $500 (like a pool cleaning or maintenance), you’ll earn 1% of $500, which equals $5 cashback.


Program Terms & Conditions:
  • Eligibility: All existing customers are automatically eligible for this program.
  • Redemption Restrictions: Points may not be redeemed on online purchases.
  • No Cash Value: Points have no cash value except as credits toward qualifying purchases.
  • Non-Transferable: Points cannot be transferred to another customer or redeemed for cash.


Additional Details:
  • Referrals must be new customers to the company.
  • Rewards are processed after the invoice has been paid and the referred sale or service is completed.
  • Referral rewards will be totaled up at the end of each pool season and can be redeemed the following year.
  • Points expire 3 years after the date of earning.  For example, points earned in 2025 will be valid thru 2028.  On January 1, 2029, points earned in 2025 will expire.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the rewards you can earn!
